Covent Garden Strings have years and years of experience when it comes to weddings! We love being part of such a special day and live, classical music really does make it very special indeed.
Ceremony
What better way to accompany the most important (and most nerve-wracking!) part of the day with some favourite tunes played by a string quartet or trio. We can play while your guests wait, as the bride walks down the aisle, while the register is signed and, as a grand finale, play the newly weds out of the room. We have an extensive repertoire which includes all the favourites, such as Pachelbel's Canon and Ravel's Bolero, but we can create a musical arrangement of any tune you want!
Reception
As your guests start to relax and have a few drinks it's always nice to have something going on in the background. We have music from across the genres - baroque, classical, romantic, jazz, pop, film music - which will give everyone something to tap their toes to.
Post Wedding Breakfast Show
Perhaps you'd like something a little different from the norm. You've had your meal, you've heard the speeches. What next? How about a really fun, high energy show from Covent Garden Strings?! There'll be dancing, there'll be singing, and that's just the guests! A truly unique way to mark your wedding as better than anyone else's!
